Tiffany Hutchings’ practice at Stern & Curray focuses on business and family immigration law. She represents clients in nearly all areas of business immigration law, assisting employers and their employees with nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions as well as permanent residence applications and I-9 compliance. Tiffany also represents immigration clients who have a wide variety of needs, assisting with family-sponsored petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, K-1 fiancé petitions, I-601 waivers and I-601A provisional waivers, I-212 waivers, petitions to remove conditions on permanent residence, U visas for crime victims, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) applications, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) applications, and other case types.

Tiffany completed her legal education at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law as an evening student while working full-time as an administrator at the University of Denver. She also holds a Master of Arts degree in English and a Bachelor of Science degree in political science, both from Northern Arizona University. Throughout her life, Tiffany has focused much of her coursework on immigration, environmental, and social justice issues. After graduating from law school, Tiffany began volunteering as a pro bono immigration attorney for the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network (RMIAN). She continues her pro bono work for RMIAN and also volunteers regularly at Colorado Legal Night, various citizenship workshops, and the Denver Public Library. Tiffany is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and currently serves on AILA Colorado’s USCIS Liaison Committee. She is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association.

Tiffany is proficient in Spanish and has had the privilege of studying Spanish in Boquete, Panama; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Bariloche, Argentina. When not assisting clients, Tiffany especially enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, travel, and yoga.
